Shipping policy

FLOWER DELIVERY  

We deliver between Monday and Sunday. 7 days a week.

We take orders minimum of one day before the planned delivery.

We take orders until 10pm.

We deliver between 6am and 10pm.

We do not give out any information about the sender, if you wish for the recipient to know whom the gift is from, sign your accompanying note.

To ensure efficiency in the delivery of your gift, please provide the recipients’ phone number.

Contact with the recipient – we may need to contact the recipient of the gift in order to confirm their address. In such cases, the recipient will not be informed about the nature of the delivery, we aim to retain the surprise.

The recipient has the right to refuse the delivery.

We do not take responsibility for delays of the deliveries or failed deliveries caused by the following:

the recipient being absent from the given address at the time of delivery as agreed on with the sender.

wrong delivery address given.

The flowers will not be sent again in the case of failed delivery, caused by the recipient not being at the given address or when the given recipient details are incorrect.

In such cases, another delivery can be scheduled upon paying the full order price again.
